Blackline Safety Named One of the Americas’ Fastest-Growing Companies by Financial Times

Ranked the fourth fastest-growing IT & Software company in Canada, Blackline moves up 34 spots since first making the list

Blackline Safety Corp. (TSX: BLN), a global leader in connected safety technology, has been listed as one of The Americas’ Fastest-Growing Companies 2024, ranking as the fourth fastest-growing IT & Software company in Canada.

Named to the list for the fourth time in the last five years, the company gained 34 spots on its first ranking, reflecting Blackline’s exponential growth since it introduced the G7 product line in 2017. With a 2022 reported revenue of $73M, the company is well above the $27M median revenue of the list’s ranked companies.

“We’re thrilled that our growth is acknowledged by the Financial Times,” said Sean Stinson, Blackline Safety President and Chief Growth Officer. “In fact, our year-over-year financial results have accelerated since 2022, hitting $100 million in revenue in 2023—stemming from our customers’ increasing adoption of our life-saving technology.”

The annual list ranks the top 500 North and South American companies with the strongest revenue growth. This year’s list is based on disclosed revenue growth between 2019 and 2022—years that included the COVID-19 pandemic, the end of rock-bottom interest rates, and the start of steep inflation in North America.
