Sam steps into the role from his previous position within the company as the Chief Operating Officer. Having been with the company since 2007, Sam brings extensive experience and a profound understanding of the company’s operations. This transition is particularly sentimental as Pom Pom at Home is a family-owned business and Sam's mother, Hilde Leiaghat, the outgoing CEO and Founder, is passing the role to her son. Hilde Leiaghat will stay on as founder and Creative Director of Pom Pom at Home.
