San Mateo County Health Selects Innovaccer’s Healthcare AI Platform to Improve Delivery of Public Health Services

SMCH is dedicated to promoting healthy living for all residents of San Mateo County. It provides healthcare services in the county through eleven divisions, nine of which provide a wide range of clinical care, family and adult social services, and regulatory oversight and public health services. SMCH was looking for a platform that would help them create a unified patient record to enable advanced analytics and integrated workflows. The partnership will focus on managing data for approximately 165,000 active lives and 500,000 legacy lives.
