ACCELERATE program takes a holistic approach to leadership development

As a first-of-its-kind development program, ACCELERATE takes a holistic approach to leadership development to prepare emerging, underrepresented leaders for continued organizational and personal growth into more senior and expanded enterprise-level roles. The three-day in-person summit, themed “Dream. Dare.
