Bridget Condon Joins HBW Resources to Help Lead Federal, State Government Affairs in the Southwest

Leading strategic public policy, communications, and advocacy firm HBW Resources today announced the appointment of Bridget Condon as Senior Director, Federal & State Government Affairs to help boost the firm’s strengths in energy policy, economic development, regulatory engagement, and infrastructure.

Condon brings more than a decade of experience navigating federal, state, and local government to her new position, and she began her public service career working for Congressman Steve Pearce—recently tapped by the White House to lead the Bureau of Land Management—where she gained foundational experience in federal policy and constituent relations.

Her responsibilities will include advising on legislative and regulatory developments, building coalitions, and implementing advocacy strategies that advance infrastructure investment, economic growth, and community impact.

"We are thrilled to have Bridget join our organization at such a pivotal time for energy and infrastructure policy in the Southwest," HBW Managing Partner David Holt said. "Her proven track record in government relations, her deep relationships across legislative and regulatory bodies, and her ability to translate complex policy into actionable strategies all strengthen our ability to serve our clients throughout the region."

Prior to joining HBW, Condon served as Director of Public Relations & Government Affairs for Swire Coca-Cola across New Mexico and Arizona, where she managed corporate government affairs and stakeholder engagement. Her career includes work with the New Mexico Chamber of Commerce, Sandoval Economic Alliance, and the Legislative Education Study Committee.

"I'm excited to join HBW at such an important time for the Southwest," Condon said. "HBW's reputation for delivering strategic, results-oriented solutions for clients is well-established. I look forward to leveraging my experience in government and community engagement to help our clients navigate the evolving policy landscape and achieve their goals."

A committed civic leader, Condon serves on several boards, including the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central New Mexico. She was named the 2025 Member of the Year by the New Mexico Chamber of Commerce and was recognized as one of Albuquerque Business First's 40 Under Forty honorees. Condon holds a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Public Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, both from the University of New Mexico.
