Dovetail, the leading AI-first customer insights hub, today announced the return of industry-leading summit, Insight Out, its flagship conference, on April 23-24, 2025. This year’s event will be held at Fort Mason in San Francisco, with 1,000 in-person attendees and more than 20,000 online participants globally. Nielsen, who has over four decades of experience in UX, will be in conversation with Felix Lee, Co-founder & CEO of ADPList, the world’s largest mentorship platform. Together, they will explore the relationship between humans and AI, the integration of user experience methodologies in AI, and the future of usability.
The event will also introduce a new multi-track agenda, providing tailored content for professionals in customer experience, design, research, and product development. On the first day, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in tactical workshops, interactive sessions, and gain Dovetail certification. The workshops, designed for both beginners and experts, will offer attendees insights into the latest tools, techniques, and technologies reshaping how the world’s leading organizations understand their customers.
