Fold Holdings, Inc. (“Fold”), a pioneering bitcoin financial services company, announced today that its common stock and warrants are expected to commence trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on February 19, 2025 under the ticker symbols “FLD” and “FLDDW,” respectively. As previously announced, in connection with the closing of its business combination on February 14, 2025, the company changed its name from “FTAC Emerald Acquisition Corp.” to “Fold Holdings, Inc.”
