Jeep and Raisewell Team of Cross-Sector Luminaries Guide Robot.com and Other Portfolio Companies Through Changing Global Economic Landscape

Raisewell Ventures (“Raisewell"), the venture firm challenging the status quo in the venture and startup industry–with a focus on high-growth sectors of climate, manufacturing and health, paired with an economic-impact mission–today announced that Founder and Managing Partner Jeep Kline has been appointed to the board of Robot.com (formerly Kiwibot), (the “Company”), a fast-growing AI-powered robotics company and Raisewell portfolio company.

Kline joins the Robot.com board at a pivotal moment in the Company’s history amid both a major inflection point in its global expansion and a critical juncture in the broader market landscape. As Robot.com continues to execute on its transformation from last-mile delivery into a global robotics platform, Kline’s deep expertise as a global economist and hardware expert will help the Company capture opportunity within the $1.2 trillion robotics market. Her hardware experience and unique understanding of and relationships in Southeast Asia and other regions will help Robot.com navigate a shifting global macroeconomic, tariff and policy environment to roll out new products and drive the Company’s global expansion.

“Our focus at Raisewell is to identify and partner closely with true innovators and disruptors with the highest potential to tackle the world’s greatest challenges in climate, manufacturing, supply chain and health,” said Kline. “Robot.com is blazing a path toward a future where its robots and systems can power the movement of goods and fulfillment of tasks across our cities and around the globe. Its leading technology and real-world implementation is a perfect example of the potential of AI, when combined with cutting-edge hardware and visionary leadership, and I am honored to have the opportunity to join Felipe and the Robot.com team on this remarkable journey. I look forward to leveraging my expertise and lasting relationships in the U.S. and Southeast Asia to help establish the Company as a bridge between digital intelligence and physical reality, with clear and impactful implications for commercial efficiency, quality of life and climate mitigation.”

“In an increasingly complex global economic environment, Jeep brings an unmatched track record in VC, hardware innovation, AI, global smart manufacturing and critical emerging markets like Southeast Asia,” said Felipe Chavez, founder and CEO of Robot.com. "I have had the honor of knowing Jeep since founding the Company in 2017, and am thrilled to add her expertise and insights to our board, which will be instrumental in our quest to lead a $1.2 trillion robotics market. Jeep has been a champion of hardware and deep tech since long before it was trendy, and I look forward to partnering closely with her and the rest of the Raisewell team as we navigate the ever-evolving landscape of customers, manufacturing, policy and macroeconomic developments.”

Robot.com, which recently announced its rebranding from Kiwibot to align its identity with a broad vision to transform the robotics space, currently operates a groundbreaking full-stack autonomous delivery robot service that works with major corporations and universities to offer convenient and efficient movement of goods. The Company’s industry-leading scalable, cost-effective automation and advanced analytics have driven rapid expansion to serve customers including AWS, Intel, Sodexo, Grubhub, Aldi and Washington, D.C. – and are a foundation of its broader transformational vision.

Kline is an internationally-recognized technology executive, venture investor and economist with more than 20 years of experience in high-tech, VC and impact investing. She has launched four venture funds, including Latin America-focused, early-stage global and growth-stage climate tech funds, resulting in high-growth companies across industries and regions. She spent more than 7 years at Intel, where she served in numerous roles, including Senior Director of Global Operations and Business Development and Chief of Staff of the Mobility Group. In addition to Intel, her background includes work for the World Bank in Africa, as well as engagements in Southeast Asia and Latin America, informing the firm’s global technology and investing perspective.

Robot.com is one of eight companies Raisewell has backed in its first six months, including T-Robotics, a sustainability-focused enterprise robotics software company; Femtosense, an edge AI chip maker that shows 100x greater energy efficiency than existing technology; and GoPowerEV, an EV-charging solution that foregoes the need for traditional charging stations.
