MUFG Bank announced the following changes in Representatives of the Board of Directors decided at today’s meeting of the Board of Directors.

Changes of Representatives of the Board of Directors due to regular changes in corporate executives.

2. Changes effective in Representative of the Board of Directors

(1) Effective as of the date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the meeting of the Board of Directors which are scheduled to be held in June, 2025
