Myers.

The lagoon’s official opening was celebrated with a ribbon cutting on Friday, May 30. Brightwater Lagoon is the only man-made lagoon of its kind in Lee County. It is the fourth lagoon completed by Metro Development Group in Florida, reinforcing the company’s commitment to innovative community design and exceptional lifestyle amenities. The lagoon features a swim-up bar, floating obstacle courses, a traditional waterslide, a splash pad, and rentals for paddleboards and kayaks.
