Wynne Reece has joined Dorsey & Whitney LLP as Of Counsel in the Mergers & Acquisitions group in Minneapolis.

Wynne brings strategic precision, real-world business experience, and forward-thinking legal leadership to her clients’ most important decisions. Wynne represents business owners, executives, and boards across a wide range of industries in mergers and acquisitions, trademark and brand protection, investor strategy, team structuring, corporate governance, and outside general counsel work. Her clients range from emerging entrepreneurs to multi-generational businesses and investor-backed ventures across a broad mix of industries.

Wynne has founded and sold businesses herself, giving her firsthand insight into the operational, emotional, and financial challenges that come with building and scaling a company.
