From his career beginning as a Behavioral Health Technician in Delray Beach to his most recent role as Executive Director of a leading detox facility, Babes has climbed the ranks of the treatment industry with grit, grace, and gratitude. His journey has been driven not only by professional ambition but by lived experience. As a man in long-term recovery himself, Babes' leadership is deeply rooted in empathy, faith, and purpose.
“I’ve worked in nearly every aspect of this industry, clinical, admissions, billing, business development, outreach, you name it,” said Babes. “I’ve been blessed to learn every corner of this field from the ground up, which has prepared me to lead with clarity and integrity.”
Throughout his career, Babes has traveled the country forging partnerships with top-tier organizations and building systems of care that are both ethical and effective. His holistic understanding of the recovery landscape positions him perfectly to elevate Milton Recovery Centers into its next era of growth.
