New Features That Elevate Performance, Usability, and Integration

Modern Service Catalogue Widget

A new, visually modern Service Catalogue widget enables faster service discovery, clearer categorization, and a more intuitive user experience for employees and customers navigating available services.

Refreshed Nano Analyst Interface

Nano receives a major update, introducing a cleaner UI, improved navigation, enhanced workload management, and higher system responsiveness—giving analysts a smoother, faster and more productive workspace.

Upgraded Screen Designer

A redesigned Screen Designer delivers improved drag-and-drop accuracy, preview mode, and new visual indicators, allowing administrators to build and update layouts more efficiently.

ServiceNow Logic App Connector

A new connector provides real-time REST API synchronisation between Alemba Service Manager and ServiceNow, supporting unified incident, problem, event, request and task alignment. This reduces duplication and improves multi-platform workflows.

Accessibility Upgrades
