Water analytics and treatment company Veralto (NYSE: VLTO) will be reporting results this Tuesday afternoon. Here’s what investors should know.

Veralto beat analysts’ revenue expectations by 2% last quarter, reporting revenues of $1.37 billion, up 6.4% year on year. It was a strong quarter for the company, with a solid beat of analysts’ revenue estimates and an impressive beat of analysts’ adjusted operating income estimates.

This quarter, analysts are expecting Veralto’s revenue to grow 6.6% year on year to $1.4 billion, improving from the 4.7% increase it recorded in the same quarter last year. Adjusted earnings are expected to come in at $0.95 per share.

Looking at Veralto’s peers in the environmental and facilities services segment, only Waste Connections has reported results so far. It beat analysts’ revenue estimates by 0.5%, delivering year-on-year sales growth of 5.1%. The stock traded up 2.7% on the results.
