Israel stocks up 0.6%; Partner declares payout

Israeli stocks remain well within striking distance of the all-time high for the benchmark tracking shares traded in Tel Aviv, adding 0.6% on gains for shares such as Africa-Israel Investments, Isramco and Bezeq.
