Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan slams Trump claim states have enough coronavirus testing to reopen as 'absolutely false'

The White House released coronavirus guidelines for opening the country on Thursday, April 16, 2020. The Trump administration says states are ready and have the testing capability and capacity to reopen. However, Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan says these claims are "absolutely false."
