VANCOUVER, British Columbia - May 11, 2020 - (Newswire.com)

The Gaming Stadium is proud to partner with Uchenna Nwosu & Emeke Egbule of the Los Angeles Chargers to present the Charity Skirmish Challenge. This free Fortnite tournament will be played entirely online, with fans competing against the two Chargers stars. The top two teams will get to play an online game with Uchenna and Emeke. The event will take place on Sunday, May 31, starting at 1:00 p.m. PST. Registration is open and available here.

The tournament will be played in teams of two in a skirmish format, which has a two-hour time limit. Duos will play public, online matches and earn points for each kill and their placement in their respective matches. The winners will get to play in an online squad match with Uchenna Nwosu and Emeke Egbule of the Los Angeles Chargers.

The goal of this event is to raise money for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Carson and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Los Angeles. Donations can be made in two ways:

1.       Donation website – https://www.letsengage.com/the-charity-skirmish

2.       Twitch Stream – During the live broadcast viewers can donate through a direct link

The tournament will be streamed live on The Gaming Stadium’s Twitch channel at twitch.tv/thegamingstadium.

"The Boys & Girls Clubs of Carson and The Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Los Angeles do so much good for our community. Any time we as athletes get the opportunity to give back while inviting fans to participate in a fun event, it's a no-brainer,” said Nwosu. “We hope to see a lot of people come play and see if they can take out Emeke and I!”

“This event is going to be a blast, and we get to raise money for two amazing organizations,” said Egbule. “Uchenna and I are going to bring our A-games to win this tournament and bring home some big money for the Boys and Girls Clubs!”
