Wisconsin AG Kaul among attorneys general suing over new rules for international students

Eighteen attorneys general, including Josh Kaul of Wisconsin, are seeking to nix new federal rules that make it harder for international students to study in the U.S. this fall. The rules could cost Wisconsin schools, including the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, millions of dollars.
