Quizam Closes Tranche 1 of the Private Placement

Vancouver, BC - TheNewswire - July 16th, 2020 - Quizam Media Corporation ("the Company") (CSE:QQ) (CNSX:QQ.CN) is pleased to announce that Tranche #1 of the $1.15mill Unit PP is now closed. This tranche is $895,000 for 4,475,000 units.

This Tranche consists of 4,475,000 units of the Company at a price of $0.20 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and a 1/2 share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.30 for 18 months.

Subscription details for Tranche #1 are as follows: 17 Placees;

Insider Blueskyview Software Corp. (Russ Rossi) - 125,000 units;

Shares and warrants issued as a result of this Private Placement will be subject to a four month hold period expiring November 17th, 2020.

The Company expects to close Tranche #2, the balance of the Private Placement, within coming days.
