Seasoned Executive to Lead Firm's Human Resources, Recruiting, People and Culture

Darrow brings more than 20 years of domestic and international human resources experience with unique expertise in technology services businesses, and will lead Quisitive's initiatives and efforts in human resources, recruiting, people and culture. Throughout her career, Darrow has demonstrated a strong track record fostering exceptional workplace cultures through smart solutions, and aligning people strategy with company values to drive engagement in high-growth, agile environments.

Darrow comes to Quisitive from ClearDATA, an Austin-based healthcare technology company, where she served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to ClearDATA, she served as Chief People Officer for BuildASign.com and VP, Global Human Resources for Mozido, a global provider of digital commerce and payment solutions. Darrow spent more than a decade working as Chief People Officer for Catapult Systems. During her time at Catapult she served as the company's principal architect of human capital strategy and human resources practices where she worked to build a positive company culture, attract, retain and grow the best talent, while aligning company goals with employee development. Prior to joining Catapult, Darrow served in HR roles at Coca-Cola, Qwest, The Limited and Cardinal Health.
