Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 15, 2020) - MediaValet Inc. (TSXV: MVP) ("MediaValet" or the "Company"), a leading provider of enterprise digital asset management ("DAM") and creative operations software, announces that MediaValet has been selected by another global entertainment company specializing in the streaming of video content (the "Client"). The Client licenses, distributes and publishes streaming video content to tens of millions of subscribers worldwide. Already a user of DAM, the Client sought to find a vendor that could better integrate within their rapidly evolving marketing stack and support their extensive digital media requirements. As a popular global video streaming company, they required a DAM that could easily, securely and reliably support their current and projected volume and distribution of high-value rich media marketing assets across multiple channels. MediaValet was selected over their incumbent DAM vendor for its proven ability to meet the needs of large, multi-national entertainment organizations with millions of high-definition assets and global markets. MediaValet's unrivalled capacity; elastic scalability; unlimited user and support model; unique AI, machine learning and creative operations offerings; deep integration with Wrike; and decade-long culture of innovation were key to the decision.
"As many of us are fans of the streaming service, we're extremely happy to have been selected to help them level up their marketing and IT stack," commented David MacLaren, Founder and CEO of MediaValet. "This marks the third major media conglomerate that we've signed up in the last 12 months. That companies within these global groups have chosen to put their high-value assets and trust in MediaValet, is a humbling vote of confidence and testament to our approach to DAM and innovation, our go-to-market strategy, and our unrivalled service and support. Clearly our product strategy is resonating with global media and advertising companies, as this industry has grown 3-fold in the last year and now comprises more than 17% of our annual recurring revenue."
Mr. MacLaren continued, "This is also another exciting win for our Channel team, as it was generated through our partnership with Wrike, who provides an essential cloud-based workflow system for marketers. While a majority of our business is currently generated via our direct go-to-market initiatives, we believe that augmenting these efforts with targeted, strategic partnerships will accelerate our growth by expanding our target market and increasing the value we deliver to customers. We're excited by our success with partners like Wrike and are committed to the long-term success of our channel partnerships."
