The app was created to establish seamless communication between customer service representatives and Reindeer Auto customers. The app allows for instant communication, via email or phone, at the touch of a button. The customer can also request an order change through the app, upload pictures of their vehicle or inspection sheets, report any issues, and leave a driver review. While not originally intended to help combat issues with COVID-19, the new app has allowed for touch-free pick-up and deliveries, ensuring the safety of drivers and customers.
