Mecklenburg County decision on Eastland Mall site still months away

City Council will decide whether to spend as much as $39 million of taxpayer money for an overhaul of the Eastland Mall site, but Mecklenburg County is several months from a vote. The county will be asked to provide $13 million to $15 million.
