VisualMED has closed its agreement with Rennova Health

Company has now completed acquisition of medical software and technology assets.

RENO, Nev. - June 29, 2021 - PRLog -- VisualMED Clinical Solutions Corp. (The "Company")  announces completion of its acquisition to merge  Rennova Health (RNVA) software and genetic testing interpretation divisions, Health Technology Solutions, Inc. (HTS) and Advanced Molecular Services Group, Inc., (AMSG) and their subsidiaries into VisualMED. These entities will operate as wholly owned subsidiaries of VisualMED. In order to mark this major evolution, The Company will immediately proceed to complete a name and trading symbol change.

VisualMED will be completing all required filings to become compliant with SEC reporting requirements and  become a fully reporting Company.

VisualMed intend to take the necessary steps to comply with the relevant regulations and rules to permit Rennova to distribute shares in VisualMED to its shareholders at some time in the future.
