Psaki says Cuomo sexual harassment allegations 'abhorrent'

White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Tuesday that she found the allegations against New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo "to be abhorrent" after state Attorney General Letitia James concluded he sexually harassed multiple women.
