Milwaukee Film to enforce Covid-19 protocols requiring vaccine or negative test

Milwaukee Film strengthens its Covid-19 safety protocols, announcing the the Oriental Theatre will now require that patrons must be fully vaccinated or show a negative Covid-19 test within 72 hours of the movie showtime.
