Senate Judiciary Committee to scrutinize Supreme Court abortion ruling, 'abuse' of 'shadow docket' at hearing

The Senate Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing about the Supreme Court's abortion ruling this week as well as its alleged abuse of its "shadow docket."
