Southwest Light Rail audit criticizes Met Council, calls for change in transit funding

A new report from a Minnesota Legislature auditor on the Southwest Light Rail project criticized the Metropolitan Council for a lack of transparency and other governance issues related to the over-budget light rail line, and it called for changes in the planning of future projects.
