Atlanta, Georgia May 24, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - Sapient Insights Group launched its 26th edition of the Annual HR Systems Survey for public participation. The survey is the most extensive and longest-running worldwide research effort of the HR systems technology market. Each year between May and July, over 2,500 unique global organizations with a total workforce of 37 million employees and contingent workers take part in participating, providing critical Voice of the Customer feedback on current and future HR technology spending, adoption, and value achieved.
"Our annual research is at the heart of today's HR Technology conversations. I'm proud that we continue to ask the hard questions and take on the challenging job of cleaning, verifying, and sharing that data in ways that improve work environments for millions of employees globally," Sapient Insights Group Chief Research Officer and Managing Partner Stacey Harris said.
New updates for the 26th edition include mobile optimization, questions on rewards & recognition, skills management, intelligence platforms, and additional options to forward and share the survey for collaboration with colleagues.
"This year, we have streamlined the whole survey. You will find fewer words up front, a "Tips and Tricks" page to help you navigate the survey, and many multiple-choice questions with pick lists replacing many former text entry questions. This will bring us a cleaner data set and save the respondents valuable time," Tammy Smith, Sapient Insights Group's Research Analyst, said.
The window to participate in the survey is May 24th through July 1st. HR professionals interested in supporting their organization's HR systems and practices, sharing their experience with vendors, and giving back to the HR community are invited to participate and become a voice of the customer in the HR community's most comprehensive survey. Key findings from this year's survey results will debut at the HR Technology Conference in October 2023.
