Chinese state-sponsored hackers infiltrated U.S. naval infrastructure, Secretary of the Navy says

The U.S. Navy was "impacted" by Chinese state-backed hackers, which targeted infrastructure in the U.S. and Guam in an attack first flagged by Microsoft.
