CoT: What Noncommercials Are Buying

Non-commercials are fast running out of short positions to cover. As of Tuesday, net shorts in e-mini S&P 500 futures were at a 64-week low. As to Nasdaq, the monthly is turning lower; that is a long-term worry for tech bulls.
